1. What do your websites cost?

2. Do you offer web hosting services?
To keep your website reasonably priced, attractive and functional we’re unable to provide hosting services at this time.
With a new partnership with our website service provider, we are now able to offer hosting, email, and domain management services. Website hosting starts at $100/year. Annual domain names and email addresses start at $20/year each.
Since we like options too, we can recommend another hosting service that’s a perfect fit for your business. We’ll also guide you step-by-step through the process of purchasing and setting up your account. No guessing. No tech-induced headaches.
3. Do I own my website?
Yes, you’ll own your website. We know some of the other guys register client websites in their names, leaving the client with a big mess when they want to end the business relationship. That’s not us.
We’ll register everything in your name so if you ever leave us (which most people never do), you can simply pick up and go – no strings attached.
4. Can you help me update my existing website that another web firm built?
Yes … as long as we can access the backend (code) of your existing website, we’ll be able to update it.

5. What platforms do you work with?
We work with a variety of popular platforms and website builders, except Drupal, Joomla and Adobe Muse. If you’re having trouble finding a reputable designer for these platforms, call us and we’ll refer you to one of our developer partners.

6. How long does it take to build a website?
Anywhere from 7 days to several months. This of course all depends on the size and complexity of the project, your payment schedule and how quickly you can provide us with the words, pictures, etc. needed for your new website.
Just to give you an idea, a simple one-page brochure style website has a much shorter turnaround time than a complex e-commerce site with a shopping cart.

8. How does the payment process work?
We understand cash flow can be a bit tight for our clients and that’s why we offer payment plans. A 50% retainer is required to reserve your project slot. The remaining 50% is due at a milestone determined upon project start.
9. Do you accept every client?
No, we don’t accept every client. If during your free consultation call we discover we’re not a good fit for your project, timeline or budget, we’ll suggest another qualified website developer better suited for your needs.
10. I see you’re based in Yorktown, VA. Do you only work with local businesses?
We serve clients across the United States – though we’ve had the pleasure of servicing a variety of locally based businesses. Wherever you’re located, we’re here to make your web presence work for you.
11. Are references available?

12. What are your hours?
Flexibility and availability are key when serving other entrepreneurs so in addition to our normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST, we offer evenings, weekends, even holiday appointments by request.
13. Do you just slap some words and pictures in a template and call it good?
Our unique 7-step process has been refined over the last 15 years and allows us to deliver a cash-generating, reasonably priced, professional website to variety of clients with various timetables and budgets, all while maintaining superior value and flexibility.
14. All I see is mailing address. Do you have a physical location?
No, we’re a location independent business. Which means we’ll come to your business, chat online or by phone or meet in a public place to discuss your needs. Whichever works best for you.
15. Do you create mobile apps?
No, we don’t offer app creation. However, we can refer you to a highly-regarded and dependable mobile app developer sure to take good care of you.
16. What type of payments do you accept?
Cash (local clients only), money orders, business checks, cashier's checks, PayPal and most major credit cards. Credit cards are processed through Square or Stripe.
17. What’s included in a basic website?
A basic website includes 3 pages (Home, About, Services), Contact Form, single revision cycle, and can be ready to go live in 5 business days or less.
18. What’s included in a business website?
A business website includes 5 pages (Home, About, Services, FAQ, Contact), Contact Form, 30 days of updates and support, a project meeting, 2 revision cycles and can be ready to go live in 10 business days or less.
19. What’s included in an e-commerce website?
An e-commerce website includes up to 50 items added (with descriptions and photos), 3 pages of content (Policies, About, Terms and Conditions), Contact Form and can be ready to go live in 15 business days or less.
20. Which graphic creation software do you recommend?
Our team uses Canva, Inkscape, and Abode Illustrator for our various client and personal work.
21. Which e-commerce store software do you recommend?

22. What licenses and insurances do you have?
We are registered for business in the State of Virginia and York County. We maintain professional liability and general liability insurance.
