Refund Policy

To protect clients from unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing (email, letter, text).

Maintenance/Updates
No refunds after payment are processed. You have no more than 30 days to use any remaining hours.

Assessments/Reviews
No refunds after payment are processed. If the client fails to respond to any communication within 30 calendar days, the project is considered abandoned.

Design/Redesign
Refunds may be offered on a case by case basis. If the client fails to respond to any communication within 30 calendar days, the project is considered abandoned. Any refund that may be due is subject to a 35% cancellation fee of any monies already paid.
